Can a herniated lumbar or cervical disc be treated without surgery?
Many cases of lower-back and neck herniated discs can be managed without surgery through manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation and complementary methods. A detailed assessment is carried out first, and a plan specific to you is created. If a need for surgery is identified, you are referred to the appropriate physician.
What happens in the first session?
